Founded and run by Ashley and Perrine, our family business aims to transform your ideas into unique, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces, while respecting your budgets constraints and expectations.

Each project requires a lot of attention. Together, we combine our complimentary skills to offer you tailored support in Morzine, Les Gets and Saint Jean d’Aulps. Ashley oversees the construction sites and coordinates the tradespeople, drawing on a deep knowledge of materials and building techniques. Perrine, an interior architect, and designer, ensures that each space is designed to be both aesthetic, functional, and harmonious.

We ensure rigorous oversight of your project, from initial design through to final delivery, including the selection of materials, furnishings, and decor.

Our story and our skills

Our journey began when we met and shared a passion for design and renovation. Ashley, cabinetmaker, and joiner in England, moved into renovation work in Haute-Savoie before founding Ulë Designs & Constructions with Perrine, who is originally from the region and passionate about real estate and interior design. Together, we joined forces to offer a comprehensive and personalised service, tailored to meet the needs of a demanding, and mostly international clientele.

From the very beginning, we have mainly worked around Morzine, Les Gets and the surrounding villages of the Chablais but also in the rest of the Haute-Savoie. We manage every aspect of a renovation or construction project:
