With two telecabines leaving directly from Morzine giving access to two different mountain areas, and an excellent bus link giving access to two more, if you’re looking to invest in a ski area with varied terrain then you can’t go wrong with Morzine. On top of this property prices have increased in recent years and look to be continuing in an upward trajectory, meaning that buying a property in Morzine is an excellent investment. 

The summer scene is also flourishiing with an excellent reputation for biking (both downhill and road). The Tour de France has stopped by twice in recent years and downhill world cups are regularly held in Les Gets.
